About Barangay 397

Barangay 397, Zone 41, District IV, is one of the small barangays in Sampaloc, Manila. Established in the 1970s, it continues to grow and develop under the leadership of Hon. Tomas A. Dacayo. The barangay is composed of dedicated officials, including the barangay police safety officer, barangay councilor, barangay youth council, secretary, treasurer, and the chairman.

Our goal is to serve the community with dedication, transparency, and integrity, ensuring the well-being and development of all residents. We strive to create a progressive, peaceful, and sustainable barangay where every resident thrives and contributes to the community's growth.
